Mirror, mirror on the wall


You probably already heard about the secret, if you haven't seen it you should do yourself a favor and grab a copy of it. If you have seen it, watch it again. Some people love it , some people hate it for various reasons, but the bottom line is that no one can really feel good about themselves without the right attitude and this DVD might help you out to open up to the new possibilities.
What is the only thing most women have in common? They focus mainly on their defects and not on their attributes, hence I'm one of them!! Who had never said, hate my hair, my thighs, my nose, blablabla
The first thing we see when we take that daily trip to the nearest mirror is what we don't like about ourselves and worst we don't remember to be grateful for the things we have going for us
Now, how in this earth can anyone feel good in their own skin if we are constantly trying to attain perfection when it doesn't exist in the first place? I'm not saying that we should accommodate ourselves into a situation, but just try this:
  1. Be grateful for being healthy and your attributes
  2. Whatever can be done, then do it!! it is easier to complain about it than to fix it
  3. Whatever cant be done,learn to embrace it, not easy , but at least try to accept it slowly, eventually you will feel so good about yourself with steps 1 and 2 that this task will become easier!!
By the way don't do only step 2 this is where most people make mistakes, step 1 is the most important.
Everyone has room for improvement and is not easy, one must dedicate lots of time and energy into it but is there anything more rewarding then truly loving who you are?
